Last week was the average typical last frost date for our area and without the greenhouse most farmers would have been sunk when those cold nights hit not too long ago. The greenhouse at Stoney Lonesome is stock full of good stuff ready to find its home in the ground. I'm thinking that Pablo, Esther and Diana have their work cut out for them over the next few weeks.
Some of you can probably name every plant you see while the rest of us are left guessing what each might produce. And the varieties that are available are amazing - nothing boring in our kitchens this summer!
Flowers, herbs, and vegetables - they are all there
waiting for their transfer to the ground.
